I'm looking at a 2018 Discovery Sport with the Ingenium diesel, and the price is tempting but I've heard mixed things about oil dilution issues and timing chain problems on these engines. The seller seems honest but the car has no service history for the last two years, so I'm debating whether to just take a gamble or pay for a proper check.
