The artwork is painted on the northwest-facing wall of the hangar, so you may not immediately see it if you approach from the wrong direction.
Best Route to Reach the Mural
The fastest and cleanest route is to stay on the major highway system as long as possible before cutting into the space center complex.
Step 1: Set a GPS Marker
Open the world map and place your waypoint on the southern edge of the Irokawa Space Center. Try to pin the southernmost hangar instead of the middle of the facility. This helps the in-game navigation avoid unnecessary turns around the launch pads.
Step 2: Follow the Main Southern Highways
No matter where you start on the map, the best approach is usually the coastal highway network leading into Nangan. These roads are wide, fast, and easy to follow, making the drive much smoother than cutting through smaller mountain routes.
