Bir arkadaşımın oğlu günde 4-5 saat oyun oynuyormuş, fark edince "ekran kotası" ve "uyku modu" koydular, telefon akşam 21:00'de otomatik kilitleniyor. Başta direnç oldu ama iki haftada uyku düzeni ve dersler düzeldi. İzleme yerine şeffaf kurallar ve iletişim daha etkili.
